Jayce Mirada & His "Boys of Bondage"

"BOYS OF BONDAGE" - A photographic essay of boys in various bondage situations by my very good friend, and photographer, Jayce Mirada, is showing at The APHRODITE Gallery @ 620 South 5th Street - 3rd Floor of PASSIONAL Toys.

Jayce and I have been friends for well, longer than we'd both probably like to admit, ha! But, as far as we go back, our relationship has always been one of making art! As I remember it, I think I thought of Jayce as one of those "nuts-and-bolts" photographer...and when we met and decided to shoot, he was, in fact one of the first few photographers I shot with, and he would let me bring a bag o' shtuff, fashions, props, make-up, etc...and we would jam out to Prince and make art.

So much time passed and Jayce was living down in FL and returned to the Philadelphia area recently, so it was with the greatest pleasure, as the co-curator of The APHRODITE Gallery, that I got him in the gallery with this small showing of affordable erotic prints from a series of boys and bondage that he has continually worked on for, well, many years!

His work will show through August, with a Closing Reception on August 28th from 7pm - 9pm

More of his work can be seen on his site:

PS - IF you dig deep enough, you might find naughty pix of me, somewhere buried very deep in the recesses of his site, LOL!!!!!

Kink, Fetish and Safer Sex Practices???

So what do Kink and Fetish have to do with safer sex practices? Well, this could be a mouthful, no pun intended, ha, but it's pretty simple really... A lot of kink-play and fetish-play can be completely devoid of body contact, penetration (oral, anal or vaginal) and devoid of swapping bodily fluids. While some kink/fetish-play can be quite hardcore, there still can be "safe" satisfaction knowing that there is no real "risk" involved...unless you don't mind rope burns, scratches, bruises, etc...but we're talking internal exchange of bodily fluids here...or the lack thereof in kink/fetish/role-play...

My own journey with fetish began years ago at a function where I met Kali Morgan for the first time. It was a VIP Party at Club 1616 after the opening night of a Cirque du Soleil show. I was there to twirl my flags and dance, and shared the dressing room area with Kali and her cast of gorgeous and fabulous guys and dolls, of the Passional empire, and the Peek-a-boo Revue. I remember very clearly someone asking me if I wanted to be wrapped in Saran Wrap, dripped in hot wax and set on fire... Well, needless to say I was a bit taken aback and said I would need to think on it. Over the next couple of hours, time had passed and it was getting late and Kali asked me again, only this time, due to time constraints I would just do the hot wax bit... I agreed, dressed in sexy tight latex, my fetish, and a bit nervous, but curiously excited at the same time we went out to the mainstage area...

I was laid down on a box and surrounded by 2 or 3 ladies, clad in fetish garb or nearly naked, with candles...the music was pumpin, sexy, and I seemed to just relax into it and they started to drip wax, slowly, onto my chest, drips here, drips there, over my chest and stomach. At first it felt weird, a little warm, but not hot, not so hot that it hurt, but it definitely felt "good", and I was liking it. IF I could only have seen myself as an observer, that would've been interesting, because I definitely felt aroused, and it felt good, regardless of the fact that it was a bunch of chicks, which is not my cup o' tea, but it seemed to be much more about the wax, the feeling, the heat, the music, everything but the girls, lol...

And I liked it, like Mikey, I fuckin' liked it... I clearly remember feeling aroused and was given the go-ahead to get up, my chest, neck and stomach covered in wax, and I was in an aroused daze and some hot latina chica came up to me and said, "You're hot papi!" And planted a full lip smack right on my mouth. I was just like, let me roll with the punches here, because I really felt good...

Most importantly, what you need to know from this lil story is that, I too, at some time, felt like "kink and fetish" wasn't my thing, it wasn't for me, but I have always considered myself open-minded and this experience was really like an icebreaker for me, it opened my mind up a bit further to go ahead and start to explore some other sides of my Sexual Self...shit, here I was getting turned on by hot wax and chicks...what's next?

That was years ago, and I continue to push the limits of my own perceptions of my Sexual Self, and I challenge you to do the same thing... Remember the "meat" from the Sex Pyramid, well this can be that, lol, but it can be dessert, or even snacks that just get us by until our next meal...fortunately some types of fetish and kink can be quick and clean and not so time consuming, and others can be all about ritual/protocol/pageantry...but to each his own!

That's a wrap for now Sexy Boys and Girls! This topic will be a reoccurring topic and I would love to get some followers on here and hear some of your experiences with all things sexy, kinky and fetish!

The Inflatable Jack Off Sleeve - PART 2

The Inflatable Jack Off Sleeve - Part 2 - Partner Play

Ok, so this toy is totally proving to be interesting, to say the least, and quite fun... So I get up with a bud today to try this sucker out in partner-play and my bud is totally fired up and curious. We get down to our normal business and get into "our mood"... Then I pull out The Inflatable Jack Off Sleeve and his eyes widen...it's a bit out of curiosity and a bit of what seems like fear, like what-the-fuck is this thing...???

OK - brief pause here, STRAIGHT GUYS, do NOT hesitate to switch these pronouns up and put yourself in my buds place. Basically I'm suggesting you give control over to your lady friend, wife, etc...and give into the Sleeve! This toy has A LOT of potential and I don't want straight guys to get baffled by its usage in gay play...be creative, be open and have fun trying something new.

So, my bud is rock hard, and I lube up his cock and ram the sleeve onto his throbbing piece... First, I get it on over his man-meat deflated and pump it for a few minutes, like the nice, slow and methodical head I talked about in Part 1 - Solo Play... I start pumping the bulb and putting the pressure on and inflating the sleeve and he's definitely into it...he's laying back with that, go-ahead-tear-it-up look in his eyes...it's a new and different sensation, and well new and different are always big winners in any relationship where it's the same-old-same-old... So I continue to inflate the sleeve to its fullest and tightest, like the tightest hole and cooch you've rammed your cock into...and he's feeling pretty good and into it...GREAT!

Just as soon as we reach that height he begins to lose his hard-on and it's more of just a novelty. This sleeve is work, for sure...it has many possibilities, and much potential, but you certainly need all parties involved to be entirely into the idea of playing, trying something new and exploring different angles and the such... I would certainly recommend this to someone who is into just that idea, but if you're much like most men, it's gotta be put out, or get out, LOL!!!

No, seriously, this sleeve takes time to "figure out", in so many senses of the word, and it will certainly take time to master, not only in solo-play, but even more so in partner-play. Part of the issue here is LUBE...you need to use lube to get the most benefit and action out of this toy, but lube can be the downfall at the same time. If you're lubing up your cock and handling the sleeve, then handling the bulb and trying to get all things moving or going at the same time, it's like fucking Atari, it's all about hand/digit coordination...you'll be dropping the bulb and losing grip on the sleeve, but with a little practice and persistence I think this Inflatable Jack Off Sleeve could prove to be a valuable asset to any toy chest...the possibilities are endless!

Feel free to hit me up with questions or ideas on how to take this toy to the next level... I'm not done with it, and if you're so inclined to go on this sexy journey with me, we'll continue to explore its potential... In the meantime, play safe and have a sexy muthah-of-a-time at it!

The Sex Pyramid

So I've mentioned this a couple of times, and I'm just getting to it today, because I wanted to digest the information for myself... The Sex Pyramid is much like the Food Pyramid, in that it lays out for us, in its simple form, the Bigger Picture, so to speak, of our sex lives, our sexual needs and a wholistic approach to our sexuality...

I think whether you're single, or in a relationship this visual, this "learning" tool and aid...can give you a better and broader scope of yourself as a sexual being, whatever your orientation is, or with whomever you choose to be intimate with, with whomever you choose to share your body with...

I found this interesting article on AOL, so please follow this link:

http://www.aolhealth.com/healthy-living/relationships/sex-pyramid

I think I just loved this idea of a more wholistic approach to our sex lives, so much so I really wanted to share it, for this reason: We're evolved enough as a species to not fall into the "sex for procreation" category, but we still need a visual, a guide to show us how much more we can get from our sex lives... I feel it's very important to have sexual contact with others, but that it's not just the bump-and-grind kind, all the time...

From the article:

Add New Moves to Your Romantic Repertoire

Subsisting on a diet drawn from one food group isn't healthy or gratifying. Even eating cupcakes 24/7 eventually would get old! And yet when it comes to feeding our sexual appetite, many of us rely on one mode to sate all of our romantic cravings. Turns out, women who order the same meal at the same restaurant every time, so to speak, are missing out.

And I really think this sums up the idea of the Sex Pyramid, it's a great visual, and what I want for you, my readers to get most from this is, DIVERSITY is good, bump-and-grind is good, but be open to trying new things... Intimacy for most men is like an end-all, it's the party pooper, in a sense... So get your meat intake, and some fruits, and some veggies, and some sweets... If "meat" is bump-and-grind, then "fruits and veggies" are like foreplay, and "sweets", well that's dessert, that's the post-play, the intimate moment after the fact... Get good full servings from all the parts of The Sex Pyramid and I think you'll feel better about your sex life, maybe even bring more longevity to it, and for certain, I hope it'll bring you closer to your partners, be them men or women... Additionally, consider trying one part of the pyramid a night or session and practice and try it out in new ways that brings you and your partner to new heights!

So, here's one version of the pyramid I thought would give you the best visual:
